The second half of the 21st century has changed the lens of the world.  The world has changed in front of our very eyes. Now more than ever there is a need to refocus our lives.  Slowly as the world returns to the new  normal having a seasoned person that has been in the on the front lines and put our many fires  and has continued to soar to the next level. That is why I am an expert in my field. I am not quoting text books , I am using real life situations to help guide others through their fires and soar. I have over 35 years of experience in corporate America , Sales  , Training and Leadership positions.
